Over 600 business and people leaders gathered at London’s Hilton on Park Lane, on the 30th January 2020, as the Top Employers Institute, a global certifier recognising excellence in employee conditions, revealed the UK and Ireland’s Certified Top Employers for 2020.
The host, award-winning comedian, Ed Gamble congratulated the 92 Certified Top Employers for 2020 for providing world-class employee conditions (82 Top Employers UK 2020 and 10 Top Employers Ireland 2020). There were ten newly certified organisations including Reckitt Benckiser, a British multinational consumer goods company, clothing and retail brand Puma, and Charles Hurst, the largest new and used car, van and motorcycle dealer in Northern Ireland.

Head of HR delivery & reward for Certified Top Employer Kuehne + Nagel Ltd, Jo Kelly told Dialogue: “The Top Employer programme gives us the opportunity to really sit back and reflect on what policies we had in place to understand where the gaps were and what we needed to do with the policies that were already in place.”
